Steel welded rings work well with dog collar and jewelry applications.  The rings measure 3/4 inch (19 mm) in the center; the edge-to-edge measurement is 1 inch (25.4mm).  Rings are made from a 9 gauge wire with a thickness that is roughly 7/64 -1/8 inch (3mm).
